A South Carolina-based newspaper recently did a story on Easy Meal Prep businesses, and EATS cofounder, Dario Meli, is quoted.

The article, which you can read here, focuses on South Carolina-area Easy Meal Assembly businesses such as the local Dream Dinners, Dinner's Ready, and Supper's on the Table.

"The low cost per serving and the personal touch are why meal-assembly stores are gaining in popularity, said Dario Meli, partner at EATS, which is a Vancouver, British Columbia-based software provider for the easy meal industry."

'There's no prep work, there's no cleanup and you basically are creating in bulk a delicious, nutritious, home-cooked meal that you can say you made, and it costs typically [between] $3 and $5 per serving,' Meli said. 'Those numbers compete with fast foods.'"
